WEATHER AND CLOTHING/MISC. SUGGESTIONS

In August, Colorado typically experiences warm summer weather, with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s Fahrenheit (around 24-29°C) in many parts of the state. However, due to Colorado's varied elevation and topography, temperatures can vary widely depending on the location. In higher elevations, such as the Rocky Mountains, temperatures can be cooler, especially at night, and there might still be snow on the highest peaks.
